Covid 19 Safe Workplace Policies

We are doing our best to keep everyone safe and have put guidelines in place for working during these interesting times. In addition we will partner with each of our clients to understand their constraints and protocols as we work together to continue producing quality imagery for your communication needs.

Following current CDC guidelines, these new coronavirus safe policies will apply to all photo shoots and will continue to evolve as the situation dictates:

Equipment will be wiped down with sanitizing solution upon set up prior to client’s arrival
Photographer (and crew when scheduled) will wear a mask.
Client will wear a mask to session and immediately following session and during our on-site review of images if using that process is required.
Photographer and client will keep at least 6 feet from each other at all times.
A no-touch policy will be in place which means no handshakes, no adjusting of subject’s hair, makeup or clothing. Photographer will direct subject to make adjustments and will provide a mirror.
Client shall not touch any piece of equipment at any time.
Photographer, crew and subject will wash their hands or use hand sanitizer upon arrival to location/set and every hour. Photographer will provide hand sanitizer and will be the only one to touch the bottle.
48 hour cancellation policy waived if illness occurs.
If either photographer or subject feels sick in any capacity prior to the session, or day of, especially fever or cough, photo session will not take place and will be rescheduled.
If client or photographer feels unsafe at any time during the session, session will end and both client and photographer will determine how to proceed.
